Psychotherapy as a Mindful Path to Yourself

What to expect

In my practice, you are invited to meet yourself in a new, mindful way. Within a safe and confidential space, you can explore what moves you inside — and rediscover what is healthy, alive, and strong within you.

An important part of my work is recognizing and examining the thoughts and beliefs that unconsciously shape our experience and behavior. When we become aware of these patterns, new perspectives and a sense of inner freedom can emerge.

Equally essential is the work with feelings. Often, beneath what troubles us lie emotions that have been forgotten or suppressed — and now wish to be perceived with mindfulness. In this way, a natural flow of vitality and self-acceptance can unfold.

Through body-oriented methods, this process becomes tangible on a deeper level. The body remembers what the mind has forgotten — allowing old pain and tension to be released and transformed into something healing.

In the attachment-oriented work, the focus is on reconnecting with your inner strengths, resources, and needs — and on experiencing what it means to be in loving contact with yourself and others.

4 steps to your therapy:

First contact: Just give me a call or send me an email. We can then schedule a no-obligation initial consultation.

Initial consultation: You will get to know my working style, and I will take the time to understand your situation.

Decision: After that, we will both decide whether we want to pursue therapy together.

Ongoing sessions: Step by step, we can then delve into deeper processes — with the goal of achieving greater clarity, stability, and vitality.
